Located between Minnetonka and Edina, Hopkins is a much more affordable city regarding the real estate market compared to neighboring cities. Some of the amenities included in this vibrant city are a handful of shops and restaurants at the Noble Shopping Center, all within walking distance from each other.

Since Hopkins Minnesota is a small city, it does lack some of the activities and venues found in other Minneapolis suburbs, but it is a perfect location if golfing is a hobby of yours. It contains three different golf courses: Metalwood, the Oak Ridge Country Club, and the Interlocking Country Club. Parts of this city were built between the 1940s and 1950s and have a real estate sale price of at least $400,000. One neighborhood in Hopkins is known as Hobie Acres, which is located directly next to the Cargill and US Bank headquarters, making it a quick drive to work if employed at one of these organizations. Condos can also be purchased in this city for between $100,000 and $350,000.
