Originally from Colorado, I came to Minnesota in 2005 to attend college at North Central University in Minneapolis. While completing my bachelor’s degree in Youth Development, I met the most incredible woman and nested in the land of 10,000 lakes. Haley and I now have 4 little boys- Lincoln, Landon, Tristan and Jackson.
My interest in real estate began while working in the remodeling industry for several years where I developed an eye for finding “diamond-in-the-rough” properties and what it took to increase their value most effectively. Through that process I developed the skills needed to determine market value, negotiate strong contracts, and market properties effectively. What’s more, I’ve developed strong convictions about how business should be conducted and how people should be treated, especially when entrusted with the most important thing we’ll ever own – a home.
Flipping properties is how I fell in love with real estate! In 2016 I chose to start a career in real estate and partnered with Keller WIlliams Realty as they’re the largest and most accomplished real estate company in the world, known for providing extraordinary training for their agents and service to their clients. Our local office is ranked #1 in Anoka County, where we’re located, and I’m consistently ranked in the top 20% of our agents. My job is not complete until you have become a RAVING fan of my service and business. When I have earned your respect and trust, in which you are willing to share your experience with your friends, family and colleagues, I’ll be satisfied with my performance. All of the concerns people have (poor communication, mediocre results, disorganized, lacking competency, lazy…) are simply not acceptable with this approach. Other agents will use every pushy sales pitch and arm twisting tactic they can to get a single sale, the “used-car salesman” approach as I call it.
