St. Louis Park
In this video, we will be looking at one of the best Twin Cities suburbs known as St. Louis Park. It is a small city located directly on the west of Minneapolis and is a short commute to the downtown area. The income here is about 30 percent higher than the national average, while the price of homes is only about six percent higher. What this means is that you can make more money compared to some of the other best places to live in Minneapolis without spending a fortune on a modest home.

This is a high-demand Twin Cities suburb because of its convenient location and thriving economy. If you are looking for a mid-century modern home, you are in luck because a majority of houses here are built in the 1950s and 1960s. However, these beautiful homes can cost at least $800,000.
The Linux Hill neighborhood is an older area with homes that were built in the 1940s and 1950s, costing approximately $350,000 to $450,000. Located next to Oak Hills Park, where there is a splash pad, paved trails, and other activities to keep you busy.
